INTRO What’s up? I’m writing this report in my home office while it’s -15° Celsius (5° Fahrenheit for you Yanks) outside. That’s without the wind chill. And it’s not getting any warmer. So given that I’d rather be here inside instead of doing anything that takes me outside, I’ve got a lot of time to put into this report and really lay it all out for you. Truth is, I’d put in 100% effort if it were warm and sunny outside because I’m pumped that you’re interested in discovering what I call CAGE Cardio is all about. Over the course of the next 30 + pages you’re going to encounter some really powerful and never-talked-about methods that you can start using immediately to get in top fight shape. Like, today.
